Terms and conditions of use for the
Winner Club card
To start enjoying the benefits of the Winner Club, customers must request the registration form and sign up by completing their details and accepting the terms and conditions.
Afterward, they will receive the card and begin earning points to redeem once the desired benefit is reached.
Registration and participation in the Winner Club is FREE OF CHARGE. Upon signing up, the customer receives a 2,000-point welcome bonus.
With Winner Club customers will have access to a catalog of items available for point redemption, which can be consulted at kiosks located throughout the casino and at the customer service center. Additionally, they will enjoy exclusive benefits based on their membership level.
Points accumulate automatically on the card as the customer plays the machines, regardless of whether they win or lose.
A minimum of 2,000 points is required to redeem points for promotional tickets. No minimum amount is required to purchase items available in the Catalog.
Points are valid for twelve (12) months from the last time the card was used for play. If no points have been earned or redeemed during this period, the account will be marked as inactive and all points will be forfeited.
Points belong exclusively to the cardholder and are non-transferable.
Accumulating points through other customers’ play is prohibited. If this practice is detected, the account will be reset to 0 with a negative point adjustment.
Points do not have a cash value. They are only redeemable for benefits included in the available items catalog and promotional tickets. For inquiries, you may visit the kiosks located throughout the Casino or the Customer Service center.
Points are not lost if the card is misplaced. The replacement cost for a lost card is 1,000 points.

Promotional Tickets: charged to the “Machine promotions and commercial presentations” account; the amount, in balboas, of points redeemed through actual play on the machines is deducted from gross income.
